Time & Material
We operate in a Time & Material model when the client is looking for resources to integrate their team and enhance their delivery capability, to either address under-staffing issue or add specific skillset not available in-house.
This mode is also known as Staff Augmentation or Talent.
| Dimension | Description / Impact |
|---|---|
| Control of the activities | In this mode, the client is fully managing the resource and activities, including tasks allocation and priorities. |
| Pricing Model | The price of the service is based on the unit cost of the resource / profile, typically on a daily rate basis. |
| Budget Management | The budget is established at the beginning of the engagement, and is calculated as effort to be delivered x effort unit cost. |
| Scope Management | There are no particular constraints on the scope, the client is responsible of what is delivered within this budget (in terms of scope - performance of the resource remains OSB's accountability). |
| Timeframe | Based on its budget, the client will decide on the duration of the engagement based on resource unit cost and allocation (full-time or part-time). |
| Reporting | A timesheet is extracted from Avaza and provided to the client for approval on a monthly basis. |
| Invoicing | The monthly invoice is sent to the client upon timesheet approval, based on contracted resource unit cost and approved effort. |
